Zone 2: The Terminals at AREA15 now features Universal Destinations & Experiences’ new, year-round horror entertainment experience Universal Horror Unleashed, Felix & Paul Studios’ Interstellar Arc,  The Escape Game and Dolls Kill. Additional immersive attractions, eateries and retail venues coming this summer to The Terminals include Eye Dropper drop ride, Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets and Museum of Ice Cream.

F1® Arcade Las Vegas: F1® Arcade Las Vegas is the flagship U.S. location of the world’s first official Formula 1® experiential hospitality brand, located inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Flight Club’s refreshed summer menu introduces tempting dishes that are easy to share between rounds of gameplay, creative plant-forward options and new craft cocktails designed for lingering conversations.

Interstellar Arc: Interstellar Arc is visionary new immersive experience at AREA15 from the Emmy®-winning creators at Felix & Paul Studios. The most ambitious and convincing VR-based attraction ever conceived, the experience is set in the 25th century, when humanity has embarked on its first interstellar space exploration program. It begins when passengers arrive at Spaceport One, where they board the Interstellar Arc and enter a cryogenic sleep, awakening 262 years in the future as the ship approaches the distant exoplanet Arcadia, destined to be humanity’s next home. Just as NASA’s Artemis program is inspiring a new generation of explorers, Interstellar Arc’s “Interstellar Explorer” promo aims to spark that same curiosity in young minds all summer long. Available through Aug. 9, children ages 8 to 17 can enjoy specially priced admission starting at $30. These young guests will also receive the souvenir “Interstellar Explorer” laminate, Mission Crest pine and—to keep the sense of discovery alive at home – a NASA Star Wheel kit, giving families even more opportunities to experience the wonder of space exploration together. Additionally, visitors receive access to the HEXO: Family Mission Guide, which invites them to explore the science, ethics and imagination behind humanity’s future in space through guided conversations and hands-on prompts inspired by the attraction’s storyline.

One my favorites… travelers can experience breathtaking desert and water landscapes with houseboating, kayaking, personal watercraft and more across six locations at Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Summer also marks the perfect time to experience the popular Hoover Dam Rafting Adventures, offering memorable excursions along the Colorado River with up-close views of the legendary Hoover Dam beneath the Mike O’Callaghan Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge.

The Mob Museum:

Another one of my favorites -a world-class journey through true stories – from the birth of the Mob to today’s headlines – The Mob Museum offers a provocative, contemporary look at these topics through hundreds of artifacts and immersive storylines. Among its new artifacts is one of the Thompson submachine guns used in the most horrific act of violence in Mob history, the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre on Feb. 14, 1929. As a limited-time offering, the Museum will also offer “The Untapped Story: A Beer Tasting Experience,” blending history, storytelling and craft beer tastings into one unique activity. From lagers to IPAs, and even The Mob Museum’s house draft Big Al’s Ale, participants will discover how Prohibition fueled the early rise of organized crime and how beer helped influence the Mob’s power in America, all while enjoying tastings along the way. Led by Museum educators, this immersive beer tour explores the connections between beer, the Mob, Las Vegas and American history.
