Husband and wife teams Chef Michael Hackman and Melanie Hackman, owner-operators of aioli (West Palm Beach, FL.) and pizzaioli (West Palm Beach), and Chef Tim Lipman and Jennifer Lipman, owner-operators of Coolinary and The Parched Pig (Palm Beach Gardens, FL.) on Sept. 7 will co-host a collaborative brunch to raise awareness for ovarian cancer research benefiting the local nonprofit organization, H.O.W., during National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.

The four-course brunch served family-style with wine pairings will feature:

Farm Radish and House Cultured Butter, Palm Beach Sea Salt – Chef Hackman

Mini Buttermilk Biscuit, Mini Croissant, House Made Strawberry Jam – Chef Hackman

Deviled Egg Rillette – Chef Lipman

Latke, Smoked Salmon, Caviar – Chef Hackman

Pickled Rock Shrimp, Roasted Cabbage, Romesco – Chef Lipman

Pork Cheek, Poached Egg, Grits, Salsa Verde – Chef Hackman

Takeaway Dessert by aioli

Orange Olive Oil Cake

White Chocolate Raspberry Blondie

Sophisticated wines donated by Tri-Vin Imports will be paired by Chefs Hackman and Lipman to complete the experience.

Through fund raising and donations, H.O.W. – Hearing the Ovarian Cancer Whisper – empowers and supports women in the early detection and prevention of ovarian cancer, and advances progress by funding research and training of future medical leaders to improve ovarian cancer outcomes.

 The brunch – at aioli – is an opportunity for Michelin Guide recognized Chefs Hackman and Lipman to not only collaborate on a fun and delicious menu but to also support a cause close to the hearts of both chef families.
