The Kansas City metro area now has its own PXG retail store. The golf equipment/apparel company has opened its first Kansas-based retail and fitting studio in Overland Park.

The KC area is ranked a top 30 golf market in the U.S. based on number of golfers and has more than 68 golf courses in the vicinity, making it an ideal location for PXG to expand its retail footprint in the Midwest.

“With a growing population, strong and stable economy, and a keen interest in golf, Kansas City is an exceptional location for PXG’s newest retail store,” said PXG Founder and CEO Bob Parsons. “With our new store, Kansas City-based PXG Troops will now have easy access to the absolute best, personalized golf experience in the business.”

The 5,297-square-foot facility houses three club fitting bays powered by TrackMan technology, a dedicated putter fitting studio, and a 130-square-foot practice putting green.  Other features include an expansive retail showroom fully outfitted with PXG’s latest apparel and accessories and a customer lounge.

“We are thrilled to open our doors in Kansas City and share our brand with the community,” said President and Executive Creative Director of PXG Apparel Renee Parsons. “Whether you’re an avid golfer, new to the game, or a fan of fashion, PXG Kansas City is fully prepped and ready to serve the unique needs of all of our customers.”
