The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami has launched its Experiences program, a curated collection of immersive offerings spanning wellness, dining, destination and family programming. The debut aligns with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company’s broader global focus on experiential travel, designed to create deeper and more meaningful connections for guests through thoughtfully curated programming unique to each destination. Rooted in relaxation, culture and exploration, the new experiences invite guests to engage with the island setting through highly personalized moments inspired by the spirit and natural beauty of Key Biscayne.
Set across 17 acres of pristine beachfront just minutes from Miami, The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami recently completed a $100 million transformation. It reopened this past December with a new 30,000-square-foot spa and wellness sanctuary, redesigned guest rooms and suites, elevated leisure offerings and new dining concepts, including the resort’s coastal restaurant, Paralía. The property also introduced a new Ritz Kids Club featuring interactive spaces and programming designed to inspire exploration and discovery for younger guests. Together, the new additions reflect the property’s renewed focus on wellness, culture, family experiences and immersive luxury rooted in the spirit of Key Biscayne.

Tides of Taste
An intimate beachfront dining experience inspired by the flavors and traditions of the Aegean coast. The evening begins with a live culinary mezza demonstration led by Paralía’s Executive Chef Renato Mekkoli alongside a four-course dinner featuring fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients and curated wine pairings, all served in a secluded oceanfront setting beneath the stars. Pricing starts at $1,000 per couple. Additional guests are $450 per person. Maximum of eight guests total.
Lunar Glow
A four-hour evening wellness journey designed to restore mind and body through immersive spa rituals and sensory experiences. The experience begins with an aura-cleansing ceremony and CBD-infused massage, followed by exclusive co-ed after-hours access to the spa sanctuary, concluding with a private candlelit dinner in the Sensory Spa Garden. Priced at $1,500 per couple, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
The Sounds of Spa
A restorative 80-minute wellness experience blending CBD-infused treatments, guided breathwork and sound therapy using Tibetan singing bowls to promote relaxation and balance. The journey concludes with a curated tea ritual designed to extend mindfulness and renewal beyond the spa. Priced at $585 per person for up to two guests, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
Beyond the Horizon
A private golf cart transfer to Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, home to the historic Cape Florida Lighthouse, Florida’s oldest standing lighthouse. The afternoon experience includes a private guided tour of the lighthouse, a gourmet picnic, scenic coastal views and destination storytelling that brings the island’s rich history and natural beauty to life. Starts at $825 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity, with additional guests priced at $400 per person. Maximum of six guests per experience.
Senses & Serenity
A full-day multisensory wellness itinerary designed to engage all five senses through movement, mindfulness and coastal relaxation. The experience begins with beachfront morning yoga, followed by a guided shoreline meditation walk, personalized spa treatments and a private poolside cabana lunch. Priced at $1,600 per couple, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Maximum of six guests per experience.
Ritz Kids: Turtles & Tides
An interactive educational experience designed for younger guests, combining guided beach exploration, sandcastle building and hands-on activities centered around marine conservation, local wildlife and island discovery. Priced at $600 per child for ages 5-12, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Maximum of four children per experience.
The Experiences program is available to both resort guests and non-guests based on availability and advance reservation.
