People frequently talk about “getting away’’ for the holidays and Winter Season, but rarely actually “get away.’’ A visit to Brush Creek Ranch, set on 30,000 acres of secluded wilderness at the North Platte River Valley of south-central Wyoming, gives them that opportunity. It’s the American West at its Winter best.
Saratoga Hot Springs
New for the 2024-25 winter season, the Ranch has unveiled new wellness offerings including:
- Greenhouse Yoga: (offered through April): The journey begins with an immersive tour and selection of fruits and vegetables from the Ranch’s onsite 20,000-square-foot Greenhouse. Rejuvenate with a flow yoga session surrounded by lush greenery and fragrant scents of fresh plants, then savor fresh-pressed juice made from the plucked Greenhouse ingredients. This harmonious blend of wellness and nature promises a revitalizing escape from the everyday. (Option to add on Sound Healing)
- Saratoga Hot Springs: With this new partnership, Ranch guests have access to nature’s own spa just down the road. Discovered by Native American tribes, the healing advantages of the Saratoga Hot Springs earned the area the name “place of magic waters”. Soak in an intimate teepee-covered hot pool or the 70-foot-long hot springs pool. The incredibly high mineral content and low sulfur odor ranks these hot springs among top, world-famous springs. Transportation from the Ranch is provided.
- January Wellness Retreat (Jan 14-17, 2025): Amid the serene surroundings of Wyoming, the busyness of life melts away and the balance of body and mind is embraced. This brand-new retreat features a hot stone massage, sound healing session, Guided Ranger Tour, journaling, healthy meals, a Greenhouse Yoga Experience, and activities like Forest Bathing, Snowga, Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or fat tire biking and fitness classes.
- BullFest (Feb 20-23, 2025): The raw essence of authentic western rodeo. Guests get a night of good food and fun in celebration of the cowboy spirit. Witness 18 rounds of heart-pounding bull rides that test the limits of human endurance and skill.
These offerings paired with Western activities such as Horse-Drawn Sleigh Rides, Llama Snowshoeing, Ice Fishing, Ice Skating, Snowmobiling, Snowcat Skiing on a Private Mountain, and Snowga; and world-class culinary offerings such as Pasta Making, Mozzarella and Burrata Cheesemaking, Distillery Experiences, Spirit Vault Tasting, and Wine Cellar Tours & Tasting, create an unforgettable winter getaway.
