TRADE MARKET

Inspired by cosmopolitan food halls, Trade Market is vibrant and fast-moving, with multiple live-action counters set beneath striking graphic design and market-style lighting. Global street-food dishes blend with Dominican ingredients, making it a dynamic all-day venue where the energy shifts from breakfast to late night.

NOODLE BAR

Defined by warm wood-and-stone accents and a menu rooted in bold, comforting flavors, the Noodle Bar channels the spontaneity of Asian street dining. Hand-pulled noodles, wok-inspired dishes, and layered broths come together in a space that feels intimate, inviting, and ideal for casual, flavor-forward meals.

SATSUMA

Set high above the property with panoramic Caribbean views – mountains on one side and the ocean on the other – Satsuma is a sleek, stylish rooftop venue inspired by Nikkei culinary traditions. Clean lines, soft lighting, and a calm coastal palette frame a menu centered on citrus, spice, and fresh seafood. It’s a standout setting for sunset dining, curated cocktails, and late-night conversations.

TAMAN BEACH CLUB

Taman Beach Club brings a Mediterranean sensibility to the shoreline, with natural woods, airy fabrics, and relaxed coastal styling, creating a social hub that shifts naturally from day to night. The beverage program complements the laid-back vibe perfectly. 33 1/3 SPEAKEASY

With its discreet entry hidden behind a Humidor Shop, warm shadows, and vintage audio cues, 33 1/3 Speakeasy feels like a secret listening lounge crafted for slow pours and late-night conversation. Cigar rolling, arcades, vinyl collections, curated playlists, and bespoke cocktails complete the sensory experience, inviting guests into a world made for after-hours discovery.
