Troon recently recognized its affiliated facilities for outstanding performance in 2021 and 2022. Winners were announced at the Troon Global Leadership Conference held at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, AZ.
Facilities from the Troon family of brands, including CADDIEMASTER, Cliff Drysdale Tennis, Icon Management, Indigo Sports, Troon Golf, Troon International and Troon Privé, each were recognized for operational and guest/member service excellence.
- Cliff Drysdale Facility of the Year – Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne in Key Biscayne, FL
- Icon Management Facility of the Year – The Colony Foundation Bay Club in Bonita Springs, FL.
- Indigo Sports Facility of the Year – Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs, FL
- Troon Golf Facility of the Year – Maderas Golf Club in Poway, CA.
- Troon International Facility of the Year – The Els Club in Dubai, UAE
- Troon Privé Facility of the Year – Troon Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ.

The Global Leadership Conference featured keynote speakers, group training sessions and company updates. The company’s previous Leadership Conference was held in May 2019 with 400 associates in attendance, while the recent conference included more than 580 attendees. Since May 2019, Troon has grown from providing services at 440 facilities, to morethan 750 facilities today.
