The Woods Jupiter, Tiger Woods’ elevated sports restaurant in Jupiter, FL., will be offering a celebratory menu for the Masters from April 6-12. The special, limited-time menu pays tribute to the dishes featured at this year’s Masters Dinner, curated in honor of 2025 champion Rory McIlroy. Woods, by the way, has won the Masters five times.
Tee off with the Peach & Ricotta Pizza, topped with fresh peaches, balsamic, hot honey, and basil. Go bold with the Grilled Elk Sliders, featuring two sliders topped with caramelized onion jam and roasted garlic aioli, served with french fries.
On the seafood side, there will be Yellowfin Tuna Carpaccio, garnished with chives and served with foie gras and a toasted baguette. For the main course, opt for the Seared Salmon, served with traditional Irish champ (fluffy mashed potatoes), sautéed Brussels sprouts, glazed carrots with brown butter, and crispy Vidalia onion rings.
Close out the dining experience with Sticky Toffee Pudding, served with vanilla ice cream and a warm toffee sauce. And raise a glass to a longtime golf staple, the Transfusion, a refreshing and revitalizing cocktail mixed with vodka, grape juice, and ginger ale, and garnished with a splash of lime.
The Masters menu will be available for brunch, lunch, and dinner.
