Garrett Hospitality Group’s popular “No Man’s Land’’ cocktail lounge and restaurant in Fort Lauderdale will soon open a location in Miami Beach. Company Founder  Memphis Garrett this Fall will debut “No Man’s Land’’ at south from Fort Lauderdale to Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach. The southern sister to the original No Man’s Land is the result of Garrett Hospitality Group’s new role as the hotel’s food and beverage operating partner, the first partnership of its kind for GHG.

Inspired by the French word “trouvaille,” Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach caters to travelers who appreciate stylish quarters, creative cocktails, and a quaint ambiance. Established in 1940 as the iconic Greenbrier Hotel, Trouvail is located in a restored Art Deco building, with 71 residential-style rooms and studios. The hotel’s French-inspired, eclectic design is a marriage of quintessential Miami style and St. Tropez flair. The property, which is on the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s official collection of the finest Historic Hotels of America, is located on the Indian Creek Waterway just steps from the city’s best art, culture, food, and of course, beaches.

The Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach is owned by Greenbrier Partners and managed by Driftwood Hospitality Management.

“We’re very excited to be working with the management and ownership team of Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach and to be at the helm of a project of this scope and size,” said  Garrett, who owns/operates numerous restaurant and cocktail concepts in South Florida and Chicago, with more in development. “When we launched Garrett Hospitality Group, the vision was to create an organization, and amass a team, that could conceptualize, own and operate concepts as well as act as strategic partners for companies seeking smart, stylish, and successful food & beverage concepts. The concepts we’re developing for Hotel Trouvail signal our evolution as operators and trendsetters in the hospitality sector. We’re excited to be coming to Miami Beach.”

“No Man’s Land is a fresh, exciting cocktail lounge and eatery whose motto – a refuge from the ordinary – aligns perfectly with Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach’s eclectic and contemporary style,” said Alisher Rodriguez, general manager, Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach. “We are delighted to partner with Garrett Hospitality Group to deliver an original dining and drink experience to Miami Beach that will stand out for its originality and deliver a memorable and enjoyable experience for locals and guests alike.”

No Man’s Land Miami Beach will be the hotel’s signature restaurant (and naturally its primary watering hole), with dinner service spilling out to the poolside patio, and drinks also on offer on the front terrace. In addition, a daytime poolside concept – Bali Hai – will be the homebase for lunchtime drinks and sustenance. GHG will also oversee in-room dining for the hotel.
