Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli, the acclaimed Miami chef and restaurateur behind Eating House and Luca Osteria in Coral Gables,FL., is bringing his celebrated Italian vision to Miami’s North Beach with the opening of Luca Trattoria, slated for Fall 2026.
Building on the success of the original, the new location stays true to the restaurant’s founding ethos: a thoughtfully sourced, seasonally driven Italian menu, while introducing subtle evolutions that speak to its new neighborhood. The beverage program will launch with many of the cocktails that made Luca Osteria a local favorite and will continue to evolve under the direction of mixologist and bar manager Eddie Fuentes.
The wine program will debut with a more focused yet diverse selection, highlighting European and Argentine producers alongside classic Italian offerings.
Designed as a true sister to the original, Luca Trattoria carries forward the brand’s signature mid-century aesthetic, accented by warm wood furnishings and gold detailing throughout. Luca Trattoria will be located at 933 Normandy Drive in North Beach in the heart of Normandy Isles.
