Building on the success of the Free Spirited by Loews Hotels program – the brand’s signature non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beverage program designed to bring the same level of craft and care to spirit-free beverages – Fizz reflects a growing guest preference for mindful consumption without compromising flavor, experience or fun. Signature Menus: Each of the three hotels will offer a seasonal selection of house-crafted sodas. Created by Loews’ expert “Fizzologists” and made in-house using fresh herbs, local ingredients and house-made syrups, each beverage is available spirit-free or with a custom alcohol add-on, offering guests the flexibility to personalize their sips.

- Lychee Lush – Served in a diamond-cut rocks glass with a lychee foam topper, this fruit-forward concoction features lychee purée, fresh raspberries, yuzu juice and soda water. Finished with a mint sprig, it’s tropical elegance fizzed to perfection.
- Passion of the Tea – A floral and fruity elixir that marries the golden calm of chamomile with the vibrant allure of passion fruit puree and butterfly pea. Topped with rosemary and a sun-kissed lemon wheel, it’s the perfect garden spritz.
- Matcha Muse – A refreshing blend of matcha, jasmine green tea and creamy coconut milk, sweetened with honey and brightened with a touch of lemon. Finished with soda water and a shiso leaf garnish, it’s a smooth, balanced pop of fizz with a subtle floral twist.

- Tropic Tonic – A bright, juicy soda that blends house-made guava pineapple syrup with fresh pineapple juice, topped with sparkling soda for a fizzy finish. Garnished with a pineapple leaf and a hint of grated cinnamon, it’s a tropical refresher with a warm, aromatic touch.
- Mint Condition – A clean, crisp drink featuring house-crafted mojito syrup, balanced by a splash of lime juice and bubbly soda water. Finished with a mint sprig and dehydrated lime wheel, it’s a light and zesty soda with a cooling herbal edge.

- Basilberry Pop – This refreshing twist on soda blends house-made blackberry basil syrup with bubbly soda water, topped with fresh blackberries for a sparkly, summer drink that’s as vibrant as it is unforgettable.
- Peachtree Pop – A golden burst of sun-ripened peaches and aromatic rosemary, this libation is infused with house-crafted peach rosemary syrup and crowned with a rosemary sprig. A garden-to-glass refresher that’s equal parts soothing and sophisticated.

To add to the experience, Loews Miami Beach and Loews Coral Gables will launch the Fizz Cart, a mobile cart that rolls out, offering made-to-order soda creations from resident ‘Fizzologists.”
