GSP Development, a Chicago-based real estate firm developing the Saravela luxury condominium tower in Sarasota, ,FL., has signed partnership with Virginia-based Heritage Golf Group that will provide a host of benefits to Saravela buyers, including a full year of complimentary sports membership to the TPC Prestancia, a private golf and country club in Sarasota.
Likewise, members of Heritage Golf will gain access to preferred pricing and selection for residences at Saravela.
The partnership forges a new alliance between two premier organizations and provides wonderful new additions to the luxury lifestyle that each organization brings to residents of the Sarasota region.

It will now be the first luxury condominium project in the region to expand its already exceptional lifestyle and amenities by also offering access to premier country club lifestyle and amenities in the surrounding area.
With this partnership, buyers of condominiums at Saravela will have access to a complimentary one-year preview sports membership at TPC Prestancia that includes access to dining, social events to enjoy and meet others and an expansive wellness complex that will provide access to more than 20 racquet sport courts, including pickleball and padel, a swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, locker rooms, wellness programming – with no initiation or monthly dues during that year.
At the conclusion of the free preview sports membership, Saravela owners will have the option to continue with a monthly membership without the cost of an initiation fee, or upgrade to a Golf membership by paying the initiation fee difference between the sports and golf memberships.
The Sports Club at TPC Prestancia, formerly known as the Sarasota Sports Club, is a recent addition to TPC Prestancia’s amenity offerings. Located adjacent to the Club off Palmer Ranch Parkway and Beneva Road, the complex was acquired by Heritage Golf Group in July 2025 and officially merged with TPC Prestancia. Heritage has since launched a major, multi-million-dollar, top-to-bottom renovation of the Sports Club that will introduce new tennis, bocce, pickleball, and padel courts, enhanced pool facilities, expanded social programming, and a fully renovated clubhouse, restaurant, and bar.
