Replacing Lightkeepers as part of the resort’s $100 million transformation, Luma will feature a four-course holiday dinner on Dec. 24 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Guests will enjoy seasonal dishes inspired by Southern Italy, complemented by live music. Pricing is $140 per adult, with a wine pairing enhancement available for $95.
Blending light-filled interiors with elegant beachscape designs, Luma’s holiday menu will include housemade pastas, fresh seafood, roasted specialties and vegetable-forward dishes. Coastal wines, classic cocktails and festive house specialties complete the celebratory dining experience.

Paralia
Paralía at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami – replacing Cantina Beach – invites Christmas guests to a family-style holiday meal on Dec. 24 from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Abundant shareable platters inspired by Greek and Turkish flavors create a warm sense of togetherness.
