Burtons Grill & Bar in Boca Raton, known for offering a new spins on American classics, is debuting weekend brunch over President’s Day Weekend in its own distinct style. Burtons crafted its wide-ranging brunch menu – with brunch features, lunch/dinner offerings, and an array of shareable plates – so guests can customize the dining experiences they prefer. Cocktails are also center stage, including two offered in shareable pitchers.

Burtons new brunch menu is an extension of it everyday menu, which intentionally offers something for everyone. Brunch features span from classic offerings to more inspired creations, including Cast Iron French Toast made with rustic challah and topped with berries, powdered sugar, and maple syrup, Short Rib Hash with braised short ribs, crispy potatoes, red & yellow peppers, poached eggs, and hollandaise, and Brunch Burger with Allen Brothers angus beef, fried egg, candied bacon, potato rosti, cheddar cheese, and garlic aioli on a brioche bun served with French fries. Don’t miss the Bag of Donuts, a house-made, warm baker’s dozen with cinnamon, powdered sugar, and cream cheese dipping sauce.

Those who prefer ordering familiar options from Burtons all-day menu will find many choices, including the cult-favorite Roasted Beet Tower comprised of marinated beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts, caramelized onions, mixed field greens, and mustard vinaigrette and signature Crab-Crusted Haddock that’s topped with a whole jumbo lump crab cake with lemon butter sauce, herbed jasmine rice, and a seasonal vegetable.

Classic and creative brunch cocktails are featured, including Mimosa with prosecco and a choice of orange or raspberry and Spiked Cold Brew made with Absolut vanilla vodka, Kahlúa, butterscotch schnapps, Frangelico, cold brew, and cream. Both libations are also available in pitchers serving four people.

Weekend brunch begins on Feb.17, 2024 and will be served every Saturday and Sunday from 10:30AM – 3:00PM.
