Firefly, a new 700-acre luxury golf community in Spring Hill, TN- 30 minutes south of Nashville and developed by Storied Development in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital – has named Aaron Levinson as Director of Golf. Beginning in April, Levinson will lead preparations for the launch of both the 18-hole and nine-hole courses later this year, while overseeing all daily golf operations, including team leadership, strategic planning, event programming, and ensuring member satisfaction.
Levinson, a graduate of Clemson University, brings more than a decade of experience managing leading golf programs across the country, with his most recent role as a PGA Head Golf Professional at Congressional Country Club. His professional career includes climbing the ranks at distinguished clubs in the Southeast, including Shoal Creek in Birmingham, AL; The Honors Course in Chattanooga, TN; and Sea Island Golf Club in St. Simons Island, GA.

Firefly’s 18-hole course – designed by acclaimed golf course architect Andrew Green – is slated to open for member play in fall 2026. Best known for his masterful restorations of East Lake, Oak Hill, Scioto, and Interlachen, Firefly marks Green’s first original golf course design.
Firefly’s nine-hole short course, opening late this summer, along with an array of luxury amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, family club, separate adult and family pools, a bowling alley, golf simulators, and a racquet club with tennis and indoor pickleball courts. The Golf Shop and food and beverage venues at the courses’ Fieldhouse and Outpost are anticipated for completion in early 2027.

Homesites range from $575,000 to morethan $1,675,000. Construction of homes at Firefly is expected to begin in 2027. The community will have approximately 400 homes once complete.
