Hampton Social is bringing its “rosé all day” themed restaurant and bar to Miami and Delray Beach, with two new locations set to open in 2023. Part of Chicago-based restaurant group Parker Hospitality, The Hampton Social will open with a menu of coastal cuisine, an
extensive rosé wine list, cocktails and the overall laid back vibe.
The Hampton Social Delray Beach is set to open January 2023 at the new Atlantic Crossing development along Delray’s busy Atlantic Avenue. In the Spring, The Hampton Social Miami will debut in Brickell on the second floor of Mary Brickell Village.
The Hampton Social currently has two existing restaurants in Florida – in Orlando and another in Naples.
“Florida is a second home to me and it’s exciting to be opening two new locations of The Hampton Social in a state that I love so much,” said Brad Parker, CEO of Parker Hospitality. “As we look to continue expanding The Hampton Social across the U.S., we decided on Delray Beach and Miami as the next two cities, followed by Denver later in the year and Atlanta in 2024.
“Atlantic Avenue is a historic street in Downtown Delray Beach and it felt like the right place to bring The Hampton Social’s playful energy. Miami’s Brickell neighborhood is bursting with locals living and working in the area; I think The Hampton Social will add on to the growing restaurant and bar scene in the neighborhood and bring a little bit of that Hamptons vibe to Miami.”
Inspired by the long days of summer, each restaurant will offer guests a nautical escape, with its airy blue and white decor, fresh coastal cuisine and rosé wines. Menu highlights will include the Maine-Style
Lobster Roll, Grilled Octopus and the Sparkling Seafood Tower. Brunch brunch dishes will include Crab Cake Benedict, Avocado Toast and the Sunrise Beach Bowl.
The Hampton Social will feature a beverage program with an extensive wine list focused on rosé wines, and cocktails created by Beverage Director Greg Innocent.
From traditional to sparkling rosés, hailing from France, Italy and California, The Hampton Social truly taps into its “Rosé All Day” theme with more than 15 different wines to choose from. There will also be a special “Rosé of the Day” section where guests can choose from a rotating selection of rosés. Served year round, the signature Hampton Frosé tops off the rosé offerings.
The 308 seat restaurant will feature a 360-degree bar and coastal-inspired decor elements throughout, such as exposed wooden beams, white-washed wooden tables and hanging wicker light pendants.
The Hampton Social Miami will open in the former Fado Irish Pub space. The space will span 8,390 square feet and have seating for more than 300
guests, nside and outside.
