Modern speakeasy-inspired omakase concept Sushi By Boū – known for reimagining the omakase experience – plans to open on Feb. 7 at Benny’s on the Beach – Oceanwalk in Lake Worth Beach, FL. It will be the third Sushi By Boū location in Palm Beach County, following the 2023 openings in Boca Raton and at the PGA National Resort.
The new Sushi By Boū – Ocean Blvd. location will feature its classic omakase experience at a 14-seat bar. As part of the bespoke speakeasy dining experience with Sushi By Boū, each location has its own aesthetic and vibe offering a unique and memorable guest experience.
Sushi By Boū – Ocean Blvd. captures an effortless vacation vibe with a chic glam twist, with soft sandy tones paired with bold pops of color, creating a laid-back yet stylish atmosphere. The eatery has mixed in natural elements like driftwood and ocean-inspired decor, along with some shiny metallics and luxe fabrics to add that touch of elegance that come together in a perfect balance. The ideal environment for a fun, vibrant sushi party at the beach.
Restaurant partners Erika London and Chef David Bouhadana each are Palm Beach County residents, with London relocating to Boca Raton with her family in 2022.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with the iconic Benny’s on the Beach’s team and excited to bring Sushi By Bou to the Lake Worth Beach area for our first ocean-front omakase experience,” London said.

The brand plans to add additional locations soon in Nashville and a second location in Puerto Rico, this one inside an RV and the world’s first mobile omakase restaurant.
