KemperSports continues to grow its portfolio of golf clubs. The Northbrook, Ill., company has been selected by the Heritage Shores Home Owner’s Association to manage Heritage Shores Golf Club in Bridgeville, Del. KemperSports will aim to deliver a best-in-class golf experience through premier course conditions, innovative programming and a revamped event calendar, helping to solidify Heritage Shores’ place among Delaware’s top semi-private courses.

Designed by the acclaimed Arthur Hills, Heritage Shores Golf Club opened in 2007. The par-72, links-style layout stretches more than 7,000 yards and weaves through a 55-plus active lifestyle community just 30 miles from Delaware’s beaches. Heritage Shores also features one of Southern Delaware’s finer practice facilities that includes a two-acre, all-grass range, putting green and multiple short game areas.

Heritage Shores also marks the second Brookfield Residential golf course to be managed by KemperSports, as the company also currently manages Swan Point Yacht & Country Club in Issue, MD.
