Fabel Miami is an open-air rooftop restaurant and lounge in the heart of Wynwood designed and created by owner Matthew Rosenberg and his award-winning architecture firm, M-Rad.
Fabel Miami iwill open its first European location in Summer 2024, with global expansion plans in place for multiple locations.

Fabel Miami, spanning 10,000 square feet of a secured open-air, covered rooftop, exudes an unparalleled charm in its every detail. From bespoke furniture to an evocative custom fragrance reminiscent of cherished childhood memories, every facet of Fabel is an ode to sophisticated design and impeccable taste.The details extend to the custom uniforms designed in partnership with Caravana – the Tulum-based fashion house found at Scorpios in Mykonos, St. Tropez, Ibiza, Tulum, and Bodrum. Fabel Miami blends high-energy dining with the sophistication of high-touch service to create the ideal evening destination.
The Mediterranean-inspired menu, curated from the team’s global voyages, captivates patrons with signature dishes like the Fabel Hummus, Salt Crusted Dorade, Lamb Chops, and of course, the Half Baked Halva Chocolate Chunk Cookie with its own Ras el Hanout ice cream, inviting a symphony of flavors and interactions among diners. Complementing this culinary spectacle is a curated beverage and wine program, overseen by Master Sommelier Christopher Miller, featuring the rarest wines and unique spirits, ensuring an unforgettable gastronomic journey.
Fabel Miami is open for dinner service Tuesday through Sunday beginning at 6 p.m. and going until the last dance ends. A special weekly Sunday brunch menu will be launching Jan. 7, 2024 from 12pm-4pm.
