Fairmont Dallas has named Rajiv Jha as Director of Food and Beverage. Reporting to the Hotel Operations Director, he will oversee all F&B operations at the iconic Dallas Arts District hotel.
Jha most recently worked as Food and Beverage General Manager at Fairmont Grand Del Mar. Prior to that he served as the F&B Outlets Manager at Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii and Fairmont Dubai. With international experience in United Arab Emirates, India, and East Africa; Jha brings more than 16 years of hotel and food and beverage leadership experience to his new position.

Fairmont Dallas is located in the heart of the Dallas Arts District, with 545 guest rooms, a rooftop terrace complete with garden and Junior Olympic sized pool, and 70,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel is home to the Pyramid Restaurant and an on-site Starbucks on the Lobby level, making it an ideal location for those traveling for business and pleasure. Fairmont Dallas celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2019.
