Norse Atlantic Airways is gaining a bigger footprint in South Florida. The company has launched its second route in Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) with flights to Berlin, Germany. One-way fares begin at $155.

“It’s an exciting day for FLL as we welcome the airport’s first-ever scheduled nonstop route to Berlin,” said Mark Gale, CEO/Director of Aviation at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. “Norse’s new service between Fort Lauderdale and Germany’s capital city follows its June launch of Oslo, Norway flights. Both routes play a pivotal role in helping reestablish FLL as a transatlantic gateway. We look forward to welcoming other European flights in the near future.” 

Norse Atlantic offers two cabin choices for the 10-hour flight to Berlin – Economy and Premium. Passengers can choose from a simple range of fares, Light, Classic and Plus, which reflect the way that they want to travel, and what options are important to them. Light fares represent Norse’s value option, while Plus fares include the maximum baggage allowance, two meal services, an enhanced airport and onboard experience and increased ticket flexibility.   

The Boeing 787 Dreamliner cabin offers passengers a relaxed and comfortable travel experience, with each seat including a personal state of the art entertainment experience. He Premium cabin offers a 43-inch seat pitch and 12-inch recline.

Norse has a fleet of 15 modern, fuel-efficient and more environmentally friendly Boeing 787 Dreamliners that will serve destinations including New York, Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Oslo, London, Berlin and Paris. The company’s first flight took off from Oslo to New York on June 14, 2022.
