First came Costco – in 2016 – with its Kirkland golf ball. Now comes Sam’s Club – the $90 billion division of Walmart – with its Member’s Mark golf ball that the company says “addresses the evolving needs of this growing membership base, while enhancing the affordability and accessibility of golf.’’

The three-pieve ball ($27.98 for a 24-pack), according to the company,  features a “unique’’ dimple design and meticulous selection of materials for the core, mantle and cover.
