The newly renovated, 70-room boutique hotel his month is expected to open. .The property conversion, with construction led by Fortem Capital, consists of renovations to the entire property, expanding the number of rooms, adding a pool and jacuzzi, incorporating awellness center and enhancing the food and beverage offerings.

Tropicana Los Cabos offers guests traditional hacienda architecture accented with modern comforts and contemporary Mexican design elements. The boutique hotel features 68 rooms andtwo suites, and includes a heated pool and jacuzzi, a dedicated game room, as well as a wellnesscenter with a full menu of services, classes and workshops, and 8,353 square feet of indoor andoutdoor venue space for meetings and events.
Tropicana Los Cabos also includes complimentaryvalet parking, free high-speed internet in guest rooms and common areas, as well as dog-friendly accomodations.
