Panther National, a highly-acclaimed modern golf and lifestyle community in Palm Beach Gardens, FL., has retained ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Development Division team, led by Rob Flaherty as Director of Sales, and three sales executives: Melanie Barre, Sheila Crosby, and Lynda Smith.
“Their understanding of selling luxury real estate and robust global network of buyers, combined with their experience in the South Florida market makes ONE Sotheby’s a perfect partner as we enter the next phase of development,’’ said Frank Weed, CEO of Panther National.
Located in western Palm Beach Gardens, Panther National is the first golf and lifestyle community to debut in Palm Beach County in nearly two decades. Founded by Swiss businessman Dominik Senn, the property’s centerpiece is a golf course designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus and current PGA Tour star Justin Thomas.

Panther National’s collection of modern estates, each with striking indoor-outdoor spaces, range from $4.5 million to more than $20 million.
“The golf course is amazing. You really have to see it to believe it,’’ Barre said. “But there is so much more. This is a lifestyle. The architecture is modern and bold. There is nothing frivolous about it. I think this architecture goes with what some many people desire.’’
Panther National currently has 30 homes under construction, according to Senn, with the first ones scheduled for delivery in January.
“We are building at a fast pace,’’ Senn said.
