The 15th annual Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival will be held Dec. 8-11 at various locations around Palm Beach County. This year’s event will feature more than 20 events – from wine tastings and cocktail parties, to cooking demonstrations and private dinners – plus a lineup of celebrity chefs including Danel Boulud and Robert Irvine.

A complete list of chefs, events and ticket information is at pbfoodwinefest.com. In the meantime, here’s a look at some of my more anticipated events.

Dec. 8

  • BEEF N BOURBON EXPERIENCE — Bourbon by Garrison Brothers paired with a four-course dinner will take place at Okeechobee Prime Event Hall, with owner Ralph Lewis being joined by celebrity guest chef Robert Irvine. $100 from each ticket purchased will be donated to the Robert Irvine Foundation. $350 per person.

Dec. 9

  • SOUTHERN REVIVAL — The four-course seated lunch at The Regional features host chef Lindsay Autry with guest chefs Ashley Christensen, Mason Hereford and Jamal Lake highlighting quintessential Southern flavors. $200 per person.
  • A MEXICAN LUNCH — This four-course lunch with tequila pairings features host chef Julien Gremaud and guest chefs Jonathon Sawyer and Ben Ford using traditional and unique ingredients to serve modern takes on classic Mexican dishes. $200 per person.

Dec.10

  • LUNCH AT ELA — Longtime friends Pushkar Marathe and Niven Patel converge at the newly opened Ela Curry Kitchen, where the two chefs who have cooked side by side for many years will create “unapologetically” authentic Indian food, with a touch of flare. $150 per person. 
  • CRAFTING COCKTAILS: A MIXOLOGY CLASS — Two-session workshop is led by Coolinary Café’s Tim Lipman and Giorgio Rapicavoli of Coral Gables Italian eatery Luca Osteria (guest chef) who will guide guests in creating three cocktails to celebrate the holidays . $95 per person.
  • SMOKE & SUNSHINE, A CRAFT BBQ MEAT-UP — Pitmasters and Chefs John Bates, Hector Garate, Andy Knudson, Elliot Moss and Esaul Ramos join Tropical’ Smokehouse’s Rick Mace in throwing the first Craft Barbecue Meat-Up including live music, cocktails, and some of the finest oak and hickory-smoked barbecue to grace the sunshine state. $195 per person. 
  • CHILLIN’ N’ GRILLIN’ — This fan-favorite event returns to the pool deck at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa with featured cocktails and food stations featuring mouthwatering dishes by guest chefs Maneet Chauhan, Ashley Christensen, Joe Flamm, Ben Ford, Sarah Grueneberg, Tony Mantuano, Ken Oringer, and Alex Seidel. $200 per person.

Dec. 11

  • DANIEL & FRIENDS — This brunch serves up everyone’s morning favorites and a few avant-garde ones as well in an array of food stations set up spaciously at Café Boulud. Hosted by renowned chef Daniel Boulud with Dieter Samijn and Julie Franceschini, the alfresco brunch offers walk-around tastings cleverly paired with inventive cocktails to add to the flavorful fun. $200 per person.
