The Ooltewah Club, a private club just 20 minutes outside of Chattanooga, made significant renovations to its facility throughout 2022 and has even more changes planned for thei 2023 season.
Here’s a look at the more significant changes made, totaling more than $1.7 million:
- Aesthetic changes that also help with course health, like shaping expansive ponds and flowing creeks, verticutting tees and fairways and tree removal.
- Beautiful additions such as 120 yards to the course, a waterfall feature along the finishing hole, two swimming pools outfitted with outdoor furnishings and an outdoor pool bar.
- New features, including an expanded kitchen, short game area, an indoor and outdoor sound system, LED lighting systems for racquet courts and parking lot and a new tee box on the fourth hole.
The Ooltewah Club, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is currently exploring opportunities that include a redesign of the interior clubhouse; indoor golf simulator lounge; and hiring an executive chef.
