Omakase concept Sushi by Boū – known for reimagining the omakase experience – has opened a new location in West Palm Beach, FL. The intimate, 12-seat omakase counter is tucked inside the Vinyl Fish Club on Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach.
Simplevenue hospitality group Founders Michael Sinensky and Erika London alongside Partner and nightlife expert Richie Romero, plan to add at least another dozen locations in 2023 nationally, including more venues around Palm Beach County. A Boca Raton eatery is expected to open soon. In addition to the West Palm Beach locaton, Simplevenue has Sushi by Bou concepts in Miami, Fort, Lauderdale, New York City and Chicago.
Simplevenue brings micro-restaurant concepts to underutilized spaces located within existing venues. Its flagship brand – Sushi by Boū – has changed the sushi counter experience in America by offering a modern take on the classic old-school Sushi Counter, providing a glimpse at the hustle and bustle of Japan’s food culture, combined with a unique, personalized culinary experience.
As part of the bespoke speakeasy dining experience with Sushi by Boū, each location has a customized theme to offer a unique new memorable guest experience. The West Palm Beach location, for example, features color palettes of pinks, greens, blues, and heavy floral patterns inspired by Palm Beach County.
