The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas, on May 12 will welcome back Chef Jean-Georges to the island for an intimate beachside dinner. Jean-Georges founded and has overseen DUNE by Jean-Georges restaurant at the Club since the restaurant’s opening in 2000. Perched atop a white sand bluff offering a dramatic ocean view, DUNE has become a beloved dining destination for guests and locals. The dinner os $525 per person. The resort is clebating its 60tt anniversary as one of the world’s more luxurious destinations.  

Taking DUNE onto the beach for this special event, Jean-Georges will create an upscale beach menu using the freshest ingredients. Guests also will have the opportunity to interact with Jean-Georges and experience his renowned cuisine in a casual, yet elegant, setting.

“Jean-Georges is a legend in the culinary industry, and it’s always special when he comes to DUNE,” notes Tarek Cheneir, Director of Food and Beverage for The Ocean Club. “An evening with Jean-Georges is always an event not-to-be-missed.”

Guests will be seated at 7:30 pm for the beach dinner, which will include a selection of signature and seasonal appetizers, entrees and desserts served family-style, along with beverages including wine, beer and signature cocktails.
