Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa will unveil Nobu Manalapan, a preview dining experience led by Nobu Restaurant Group and famed Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, debuting on Oct. 18. With locations across five continents, the global Japanese restaurant experience will make its entrance into Palm Beach at the Forbes Five-Star Resort through the season. Taking over the resort’s Bokēn and Stir Bar & Terrace spaces, the preview will feature the highly-acclaimed Nobu menu, known for its unique take on traditional Japanese cuisine with contemporary Peruvian ingredients alongside Nobu cocktails.
“We look forward to bringing this preview of our Nobu dining experience to the iconic Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa,” Chef Nobu Matsuhisa said. “Being one of Palm Beach’s most famed oceanfront resorts, Eau Palm Beach is the perfect location and we couldn’t feel more excited to welcome guests and Manalapan and Palm Beach locals to enjoy our acclaimed Nobu menu.”
Led by Nobu Manalapan executive chef Matt Raso, guests and locals can anticipate signature Nobu dishes including black cod with miso, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño, rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce, wagyu tacos, Matsuhisa sushi specials and items exclusive to Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. The menu will also include a comprehensive sake and wine list and innovative cocktails that blend Japanese ingredients such as the signature Matsuhisa Martini, Nobo Soju Cocktail, and Pisco Sour Nobu Style.
