Guests can enjoy seafood and bubbles for two at Lure Fishbar (one of my favorite Miami Beach restaurants) on Valentine’s Day, featuring the eatery’s signature seafood tower and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne for $199. The Plateau Royale shellfish tower features Alaskan King Crab, Seafood Salad, Tuna Tartare, a half-pound of lobster, eight oysters, six shrimp, six clams and six crab claws. The Tower is available the month of February.

Executive Chef Ricardo Jarquin’s four-course dinner will feature Crab Parfait – avocado, cilantro, crispy corn fritter; Potato Gnocchi – Parmesan beurre monte, serrano ham, spring peas, mint; Choice of Wagyu Tenderloin or Seared Branzino; Chocolate Mousee Cake – Calrhona rice crips, raspberry gel.
Pair the dinner with the Feeling Pretty specialty cocktail – fruit forward libation made with Ketel One Vodka, peach cordial, muddled raspberries, egg white and sparkling wine.

The new Loews Coral Gables Hotel has one of Miami’s best Presidential Suites. Guests can check it out for Valentine’s Day with a package that includes a curated three-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Ricardo Jarquin.and in-suite butler service.
