Meetings and events space areas at JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa have new looks, including new carpet, wall coverings, light fixtures, furniture and an LED panel with digital signs.
The renovated design eflects the surrounding Hill Country, nature-filled landscape of rolling hills, wide open spans of skies, cool meandering rivers, and nature-filled land.
The 40,080 square-foot Nelson W. Wolff Exhibit Hall has been completely renovated, with updates to carpet, wallpaper, paint and new furniture. Two ballrooms, the 40,500 square-foot Grand Oaks Ballroom and 21,120 square-foot Cibolo Canyon Ballroom, and 20,000 square feet of space among 19 breakout rooms are refreshed with new carpet.
In addition to updated meeting spaces, the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa recently debuted new digital signage around the property, including a new LED panel allowing unique, digital branding opportunities for organizations and businesses hosting meetings and events at the resort.
The LED panel features a resolution of 1152 x 768 and measures approximately 9’ x 6.5’. It offers the latest in technology with a multitude of options for branded messaging. Capabilities include showcasing high-definition videos, welcome messages, sponsor slots and ads. Conferences and groups can display messages across several digital signs on property, providing directions to meeting rooms and sharing information about available resort activities while limiting paper waste.
Designed to host events of all sizes, the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa has the largest customizable convention, meetings and events space in the Texas Hill Country market, with more than 265,000 square feet of area designed with the latest audiovisual technology. Grand Oaks Ballroom, the largest event space at 40,500 square feet, can seat up to 6,300 guests for galas, conventions, conferences and large-scale weddings.
As a LEED certified resort, JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa is a participant of various environmental, energy conservation and waste reduction initiatives.
