The Las Vegas Strip always rocks, but New Year’s Eve brings it to another levell. With nine properties along the Strip, Caesars Entertainment will lead the festivities with a midnight fireworks display Dec. 31 at Caesars Palace. The fireworks are set to shoot off from the rooftop of Caesars Palace and Planet Hollywood to ring in the new year.

For sweeping views of the Strip, guests can book The High Roller Observation Wheel which soars 500-feet above Las Vegas and is the largest observation wheel in North America. For adult fun, guests can book a Happy Half Hour, a one-of-a-kind cocktail experience complete with an open bar and bartender for one full 30-minute rotation of the wheel.

Dine at Jack Binion’s Steak on New Year’s Eve for $174.95 per person. The menu offers a choice of a soup or salad; several signature sides; a 10-ounce Filet, 16-ounce Bone-In Rib Eye, Seared Salmon or Rotisserie Chicken; and decadent desserts.
The New Year’s Eve prix fixe menu at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, priced at $149.99 per person. The menu will feature Chef Ramsay’s signature dishes, and each couple will receive an autographed photo and menu.
