Guests on Sept. 19 can experience the award-winning menu and wine pairings that made The Jupiter Grill’s Celebrity Executive Chef Paul Niedermann a star on season 9 of Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen. Seating is limited for the exclusive culinary event at The Jupiter Grill. Tickets are $125 and reservations are required,
“I’m psyched to be able to recreate the Final Menu that catapulted my career,” Niedermann said. “Diners will get to enjoy each course that I presented to judges during that fateful season and experience exactly what they did.”
With his distinctive, simplistic approach to modern cuisine, Niedermann will showcase his skills via an array of fresh, seasonally sourced ingredients. The four-course experience begins with Olive Oil Poached Shrimp featuring jalapeño, red onion, roasted garlic, lemon, and fine herbs, paired with Maschio “Cavalieri” Prosecco from Valdobbiadene, Italy. Next, Pan-Roasted Diver Scallops with corn emulsion, picked bell pepper salad, and smoked paprika aioli are paired with a Grgich Hills Fume Blanc from Napa Valley, CA.
For the main offering, Beef Wellington will be served with Yukon potato purée, roasted carrots, and a sauce bordelaise, which will be paired with E. Guigal, Crozes-Hermitage from France. The evening concludes with a delectable Banana Polenta Cake topped with dark chocolate ganache with honey roasted peanuts and vanilla bean gelato, along with Jackson Triggs Vidal Icewine, “Reserve” from Niagara Peninsula, Canada.
