Located within the Hilton West Palm Beach, Galley and Chef De Cuisine Joel Rodriguez are putting a playful spin on South Florida classics with the debut of its new Summer Prix Fixe Menu.

“I put an island touch on everything I do,” said Rodriguez, a San Juan native whose dishes are crafted with tropical flavors, spices, and seasonal herbs. “Our new prix fixe menu offers a little of everything—it’s a lovely way to taste the summer season.”

The three-course culinary experience, priced at $60 per person, offers elevated dining with exceptional value, highlighting the restaurant’s globally inspired, wood-fired fare.

The menu includes a curated selection of exceptional starters, entrées, and desserts, all crafted to showcase Chef De Cuisine Joel Rodriguez’s fresh, seasonal ingredients and bold flavors.
