Dust of Gods, a sustainable, high-end, upcycled fashion art brand, will celebrate its first U.S. showroom debut in Miami during Miami Art Week 2022 with a VIP Grand Opening party hosted in collaboration with local street artist, animation creator and sculpture, Mactivo, on Dec. 2 and 3. The event woll be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at its new flagship store located in the heart of Wynwood at 2238 NW 1st Place in Miami.
Mactivo has gained popularity throughout Miami and the international art world thanks to his pop culture art sculpture, Yano. To celebrate Miami Art Week 2022, he will be live painting a new art piece as well as showcasing a series of his popular art sculptures and multi-media art pieces in the Dust of God’s new showroom boutique.
“We’re honored to collaborate with another talented artist — he is also showing his artwork at CONTEXT this year and his creativity and aesthetic aligns perfectly with our brand,” said Phillip Spencley, Miami Showroom Director.
Dust of Gods is an internationally renowned sustainable fashion brand led by Toronto-based architect Antonio Tadrissi, offering upcycled, luxurious ‘one-of-one’ men’s fashion pieces that are equally haute fashion and wearable art.
“Creativity, art and sustainability are at the forefront of the Dust of Gods brand, often featuring wearable art using grails, custom stitching, patchwork and mesh work,” said Tadrissi.

VIP art and fashion guests attending the Dust of Gods Art Basel event will have first-hand access to live art activation by Mactivo, along with a live music set from DJ Cardi.
