Georgia remains on Davdson Hospitality Group’s mind and business radar. The highly-respected Atlanta-based hotel management company has signed to operate Barnsley Resort in Adairsville, GA., A 3,000-acre resort one hour northwest of Atlanta, the property will fall under the Davidson Resorts umbrella.
The resort, which sits at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountai, features 140 rooms, including standalone cottages and suites; 16,000 square feet of indoor meeting space; a hunting reserve, a JIm Fazio-designed golf course, and a 10-acre lake. In collaboration with ownership, Davidson will oversee the planned expansion project, incorporating new amenities, room renovations and more.

This marks the third property that the company operates in the state of Georgia; joining Bellyard, Autograph Collection and Le Meridien Atlanta Perimeter Center, each in Atlanta.
