Concert Golf Partners has acquired the Golf Club of the Everglades from PulteGroup (NYSE: PHM). The 261-acre, upscale golf club designed by legendary golf architect Rees Jones in Naples, FL., is the 35th premier private club nationwide to join the Concert Golf portfolio.
PulteGroup considered multiple interested investors before selecting Concert Golf Partners as its successor, ensuring a continued high-level of service for its members and the long-term enhancement of the Golf Club of the Everglades. Pulte identified Concert Golf as a “discerning purchaser” that shared in its “commitment to preserve the historical exclusivity of the club” and work with the surrounding 500-home, high-end Greyhawk community.
Based near Orlando, Concert Golf Partners is committed to acquiring the finest clubs in the United States and elevating the member experience through ongoing reinvestment and premium service.
The Golf Club of the Everglade joins prestigious facilities such as the nearby The Club at Renaissance (Fort Myers, FL); Gaillardia Country Club (Oklahoma City); Glen Oaks Country Club (Des Moines); TPC Jasna Polana (Princeton, N.J.); The Club at Pasadera (Monterey, Calif.); and Marsh Landing Country Club (Ponte Vedra, FL.).
“The Golf Club of the Everglades boasts a fantastic golf course, and we are proud to feature this club in our collection of exclusive private clubs nationwide,” said Concert Golf Partners Senior VP of Corporate Development, Jordan Peace. “With Concert Golf based in Florida, we are especially proud to invest in the Naples community, which has shown tremendous resilience and resolve through the recent hurricanes. We look forward to delivering exciting enhancements and first-class service to the Golf Club of the Everglades’ members.”
A pure golf experience, the Golf Club of the Everglades is a private, members-only club that is one of the more exclusive and respected in the Naples community, which has one of the highest demands for private clubs in the country. Naples also remains No. 1 in the “Best Places to Live in the United States 2024-2025” rankings by U.S. News & World Report.
“We believe Concert Golf is the right partner to continue the exclusive and high-end service that is part of the fabric of the Golf Club of the Everglades,” said PulteGroup Director of Land Planning, Scott Brooks. “And we’re excited that the club is poised to thrive for many years to come under their ownership.”
