Now Cowan-Dewar is expanding farther into golf course management with the introduction of Cabot-managed properties.
Since October 2022, Cabot has managed the strategies and operations of four exceptional golf courses across the United States through its affiliate, CDN Golf Management, improving business outcomes across revenue, rounds booked, social media engagement and more.
CDN properties have now transitioned to become Cabot-managed properties, with the following clubs officially joining The Cabot Collection as a distinct portfolio.
- Cascata Golf Club and Rio Secco Golf Club in Las Vegas
- Grand Bear Golf Club in Saucier, MS
- Chariot Run Golf Club in Laconia, IN

Perched 3,200 feet above the Las Vegas desert valley and nestled within the River Mountain Range, Cascata provides a panoramic setting for a golf experience unlike any other. Cascata recently unveiled an exciting transformation of its golf shop.
Built amongst the stunning canyons and plateaus that wind through the Black Mountains of Nevada, Rio Secco is a par-72 Rees Jones-designed golf course known with views of the Vegas Strip throughout the round.
Designed by Jack Nicklaus, Grand Bear Golf Club is tucked six miles into the De Soto National Forest. With no two holes running parallel, golfers can immerse themselves in the pristine natural beauty surrounding them, from the first tee to the 18th green.
Featuring lush bentgrass fairways and greens, sparkling lakes, and scenic trees, Chariot Run is an equestrian-themed golf course that stands as one of Indiana’s golf gems.
