Big Time Restaurant Group has named Patrick Blair bar manager at two of its popular downtown West Palm Beach watering holes – Barrio and City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill.
Blair acquired his expert customer service skills and food and beverage management experience from hotels and breweries around Michigan, including Detroit’s Atwater Brewery, the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center in Lansing, and The Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol.
In his new role, Blair spearheads Barrio and City Cellar’s bar programs, crafting innovative cocktail menus, and expanding the latter’s award-winning wine list.
City Cellar recently unveiled Martini Monday. Available 11:30am–12am, this weekly promotion features half-off all martinis with purchase of an entrée. Specialty sippers include the Cucumber Mint Martini (Nolet’s Gin, muddled cucumber, mint, fresh lime), Grapefruit Martini (Ketel One Vodka, St-Germain, grapefruit, fresh lime), and the glamorous Chocolate Martini (Stolichnaya Vanilla Vodka, Kahlua, espresso, crème de cacao).
The neighborhood hotspot has also launched Endless Rosé Weekend. Brunch-goers get their weekend chill on with endless glasses of rosé ($18 with purchase of an entrée) that pair with chef Farrin Kolpan’s mouthwatering, comfort food classics and picturesque views of The Square.
City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill and Barrio are located in The Square in the middle to downtown West Palm Beach.
