Renowned River and Expedition cruise line American Queen Voyages has announced new five and six-day itineraries launching in February 2024. These voyages will allow travelers to explore the natural beauty and rich history of the Lower Mississippi River during shorter voyages on the contemporary riverboat American Countess.

AQV is presenting guests with the opportunity to visit iconic ports of call on a shorter voyage compared to the cruise lines’ traditional nine-day or longer cruises. These new itineraries allow travelers to experience each destination within a condensed time frame, ensuring they can enjoy the rich culture, history, and cuisine that have become synonymous with AQV, each in a more compact journey.

The five and six-day itineraries are round trip New Orleans sailings, beginning on Feb. 17 and Feb, 21, 2024. The American Countess will stop at ports of call along the Lower Mississippi River, including St. Francisville and AQV exclusive port, Nottoway, LA.
