No real golf travel bucketlist is complete without at least one visit to Casa de Campo Resort & Villas – home to the Caribbean’s premier, luxury golf experiences, including its iconic Teeth of the Dog. The resort, which put the Dominican Republic on the map as one of the world’s great golf destination, is now offering an exceptional golf stay-and-play package perfect for couples, families and group vacations.

The “Unlimited Golf” package starts at $699 (per room, per night). With Teeth of the Dog closed for restoration until December, Casa de Campo’s two additional outstanding layouts will take the spotlight. Each are absolute “must-plays.” Resort guests can tee it up to for unlimited play on two renowned Pete Dye-designed gems: Dye Fore (27 holes) and The Links (18). All golf rounds are based on availability and include play on arrival and departure days.

The offer includes deluxe accommodations in the resort’s guestrooms, premier suites or villas, full breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner at resort signature restaurants, use of a four-passenger golf cart to travel throughout the 7,000-acre gated property, unlimited horseback riding, use of the property’s tennis courts, one round of 25 cartridges of clay shooting at the 245-acre Shooting Club, non-motorized water sports, family program activities and use of the resort’s fitness center.

“While we restore one iconic course on our property, we can’t wait to offer travelers the chance to fully experience our resort and play two additional ‘must-play’ Pete Dye creations,” said  Jason Kycek, Casa de Campo’s Chief Marketing Officer. “This offer combines our world-class amenities and accommodations with exceptional golf, and we look forward to welcoming guests for an unforgettable experience and lasting memories.”

Often referred to as the most underrated course in the Caribbean, Dye Fore has 27 dramatic holes located on the scenic high ground of the property and features three distinct nines. The “Chavon” nine offers cliffside holes towering 300 feet above the Chavon River below; the “Marina” nine affords spellbinding views of the Caribbean Sea on the horizon; and the “Lagos” nine is artfully crafted across tumultuous terrain with a premium placed on shot making.

The Links showcases the artistry of Dye’s genius. This 18 weaves through the verdant resort grounds and is ideal for golfers of all abilities. The course’s wide fairways give way to challenging green complexes highlighted by tricky, undulating putting surfaces. The Links is considered as one of the most playable courses Dye designed in his heralded career.

The resort’s Golf Learning Center is a “must visit” when on property. Highlighted by Trackman and BODITRAK technology, it features two indoor hitting bays for rapid game improvement, year-round training, individual and group golf lessons and schools, and expert club-fitting and repair. Residing on 21 acres of “pure grass,” the PGA Tour-quality facility also showcases practice greens for honing putting, chipping and pitching skills as well as unlimited use of the pristine outdoor range for full shots. On-course instruction is also available.

La Romana International Airport (LRM) is five minutes from Casa de Campo and caters to private jet service from around the globe. A short drive from the resort, Santo Domingo (SDQ) and Punta Cana (PUJ) operate daily direct flights from all major North American airports.
