Palm Beach County restaurant mogul Ralph Lewis is expanding the offerings at his new Lewis Prime Grill. The American-style bar and grill on April 1 will open for breakfast Saturdays and Sundays Since its opening this past November, Lewis Prime Grill has become a happy hour and dinner destination for the Loxahatchee and West Lake residents.

Cactus Grille & Tequila Bar (North Palm Beach

North Palm Beach County’s largest tequila selection has launched a new menu on the heels of its one-year anniversary. The new culinary experience features Tex-Mex classics such as Cactus Nachos, Cheese Quesadillas, Enchiladas, Fajitas, and seven offerings of Tacos; house specialties to include Crispy Pork Belly, Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and Torta Con Consommé – Slow Roasted Pork, Queso Fresco, Caramelized Onions, Consommé, Pressed Pan Cubano; and a salute to the original 1992 Cactus Grille with the Pasta de La Casa – Linguini, Adobo Chicken, Cactus Alfredo Mexicano.

Complementing the cuisine, Cactus Grille & Tequila Bar’s beverage program features an extensive collection of tequilas and mezcals, house-crafted specialty margaritas, and “celebrity tequila flights.”

On the final lFriday of each month, the bar area of the restaurant transforms after 10 pm to a unique “speakeasy” experience featuring specialty cocktails, hip-hop music, and a chill vibe.

Showcasing Cactus Grille & Tequila Bar’s extensive patio and outside bar, the tradition continues on Friday, May 5, with a Cinco de Mayo celebration featuring menu specials and beverage activations.
